Especially for you, we've created answers to frequently asked questions.

What is a mobile site?

A mobile site is a site particularly made for a smaller resolution (or screen size) device. This can be a custom-made website for a smartphone, for example.

Mobile sites are usually lighter and therefore load more quickly. Additionally, they’re designed with a different type of layout – a layout which is easier to use on small, mobile screens.

Although ‘mobile’ sites still exist, they are rather ‘a thing of the past’. Most modern websites use RWD, which is Responsive Web Design.
