About the Client

Cyfrowe Centrum Serwisowe S.A. focuses on three business areas: maintenance services, sales and distribution, and holding and investment. For over 28 years, the brand has gained the trust of many companies and developed a strong position on the market.

Before our collaboration, the client faced many problems with the website. It did not encourage the potential customer to browse, report repairs, or contact the customer service department. Users could not read other customers’ opinions. There was also no option to view current or archive orders. As a result, the client’s website was unattractive to users who, after opening it, quickly moved to another website.

Taking into account the challenges, the client decided to create a new website that would meet the users’ needs. Our goal was to design and implement a website that would have a user-friendly and attractive design, and enable easy repair reporting. Such solutions were supposed to draw the potential customers’ attention.

Background element

Based on the UI/UX analysis, we designed and implemented a new Drupal 10-based website. We also migrated the content from the previous site, including stock reports and sections such as: about us, investor relations, GDPR, career, and contact. Why was Drupal a great choice for this implementation?

  • It is an Open Source platform, so the client does not have to pay for a license,
  • Drupal is one of the safest CMS systems and provides top-notch protection against hacker attacks,
  • the platform can be constantly developed thanks to free modules,
  • Drupal ensures the website’s smooth operation regardless of the traffic level.

Display Replacement Calculator

To meet users’ expectations, we have created a calculator that quickly estimates the smartphone screen repair costs. This is an excellent solution for potential customers who cannot call the service. We also integrated the calculator with the client’s CRM system.

We created a subpage that informs what devices are serviced by the client. Its simple design allows the user to quickly check whether their device can be repaired at a service.

Extensive Repair Report Form

Using Vue.js, we implemented a comprehensive repair form integrated with the client’s CRM. After clicking the CTA button, a multi-step form displays. In the next stages, the user can choose a type of repair, device model, type of fault, product’s visual condition, or describe the items included in the shipment. A correctly completed application appears directly in the system, where the consultant can process it.

Customer Panel

To facilitate communication with the client, we created a business and individual client panel. We styled it using Vue.js. The panel includes a listing of orders, along with the option to contact the service in case of questions. We have also added the option to change customer data and view issued invoices.

The website is built using paragraphs

Paragraphs

We built the website based on paragraphs, which provides extensive editing options. For the editor, it guarantees flexibility and convenience when working on the page design, while for users, it means a user-friendly website.

Registration process

Registration Process Integrated with Google

We simplified the website registration and login processes by integrating them with Google. It allows registering in the CCS database faster without entering the e-mail and password. Thanks to this solution, it is easier to encourage a potential customer to register and use the service.
