IT support and development services are addressed to companies and organisations requiring constant supervision over the correct functioning of their web pages, applications or online stores along with their optional development to include new functionalities. We offer two cooperation models. One is flat rate-based, where we offer the availability of our experts (programmers, graphic designers and analysts) for a given number of hours to be used by the customer each month. The other one is based exclusively on the number of hours of work of our team in a given month. In both cases, our cooperation is based on the JIRA issue collection system used to collect all tasks to be performed. At the end of each month, a report on the performed tasks is prepared and sent to the customer for review and approval.
In our everyday work, we use proven solutions, such as CMS Drupal and Magento. We are aware of the fact than without constant progress the company regresses, therefore we constantly expand the stack of technologies which we are able to use when working on our customers' projects.
